A support coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan, find and connect with providers, and keep your supports working well. Think of it as having someone in your corner who knows how the system works.

If support coordination is funded in your plan, my services are paid from your Capacity Building budget. That usually means nothing extra out of your own pocket. We can check your plan together first.

Yes, at any time. It's your plan and your choice. If you decide to move to someone else, I'll help make the handover smooth.

No. As an unregistered provider, I work with plan-managed and self-managed participants only.

$100 per hour, which is under the NDIS price limit for Level 2 Coordination of Supports and is paid from your Capacity Building budget. Billable time includes direct contact with you, calls and emails with your providers, plan manager and the NDIA, research and report writing, and travel where agreed in your service agreement, all in line with NDIS pricing rules. Short-notice cancellations are handled in line with NDIS pricing arrangements. Everything is agreed upfront in a plain-English service agreement, with clear itemised invoices.

If that ever applies, I will declare the conflict of interest to you in writing and record it. I always give you at least 3 provider options where available, so you can make an informed choice, and you are free to change providers at any time.
