Hi, I'm Steve Jones. I live in the Sutherland Shire. I got into support coordination after working hands-on as an independent disability support worker, where I saw first-hand how much difference good coordination makes to someone's life.

Because I have done the day-to-day support work myself, I know what good support looks and feels like from the inside.

Before that, I spent more than 30 years working in communication and building relationships. That experience helps me explain things clearly, bring the right people together and keep everyone on the same page.

When we first chat, we start with what matters to you, not paperwork. I ask questions, I listen, and together we work out what would help. Everyone deserves choice, dignity and respect in the supports they receive, and that is how I work.

Listening first

I take the time to understand you, your goals and what matters to you before anything else.

Your choice, always

You decide who supports you. I give you at least 3 provider options where available, and you can change providers at any time.

Honest and transparent

I'm upfront about how I work, and any conflict of interest is declared in writing and recorded.

Local and reliable

I'm based in the Shire, I return calls, and I do what I say I will do.

Checks and standards

I hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
I hold appropriate insurance.
I follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.
I am an independent, unregistered NDIS provider.
